Ooh that’s a bit strange for a Monday, you might be thinking..
I’ve been doing a few “Yay’s” this afternoon as we’ve had confirmation that D has home-school transport until the end of the summer term 2018.
A massive relief as my next remedial foot operation isn’t likely to be until next Spring, the extended school transport for D puts me under less pressure to start the school run again before I’m fully able.
It’s a major relief that we have the decision well in advance, it means that D is fully informed and doesn’t have to worry about “what if’s”, she’s also very used to the transport staff and they here, which is another massive bonus.
Whatever challenges and changes to routine face D next Spring both pre and post my next foot operation, this is one constant that she can be sure of. YAY!

We like Yay’s for sure. We’re hoping for a few of them ourselves, especially in building up our story for holiday next year. Lets all hope for many Yay’s to come (as well as Christmas)
