Extremes – Mon 1st Aug 2016

A new week, a new month and it has definitely been a day of extreme emotions today.  All very “black and white”, “sunshine or showers”.

D has been either very excitable, to the point of bouncing and jumping up and down and throwing herself onto the sofas, or withdrawn, crying and not wanting to communicate over the tiniest things.

She is excited about tomorrow, I know that, we’re off to a SN playground with her friends from school but it’s manifesting in extremities, which is makes second-guessing and anticipating (which is how I spend most of my days) difficult.

Hopefully she’ll settle tonight (after melatonin)have a brilliant sleep and I’ll be sharing lots of happy D pictures tomorrow and maybe it’ll stop raining too.
