Happy Cherries – Mon 21st March 2016

  
There we go.  Today’s drawing by D, lots of happy cherries and flowers, all very positive and quite lovely.

The positivity wasn’t evident this morning on the school run, nor on the way home, though.

This morning she was worried – desperately so – that she’d lost one of her loom band bracelets, that she’d made yesterday, an avoidance tactic to do any writing.

This afternoon, she’d hurt her hip whilst swimming and the walk home was perpetuated with moans, groans and stomps – difficult with an ouchie hip I’d imagine.

But tonight, after her drawing session, she’s “absolutely fine” and I’m grateful for that.  Very much in the moment is our D, bless her.
