Girlie Time – Mon 14th Dec 2015

  
 A few years ago, I never ever thought our girl and I would have some time like this.

She wouldn’t be able to sit during a DVD (flapping and dancing is an optional fun extra) and certainly wouldn’t be in the market for trying anything new to watch, definitely not with actors as opposed to cartoons too.

But tonight that’s what we’ve done.  Been extremely stereo-typical in that the men have been watching a football match downstairs and we’re watching Cinderella.  With popcorn being chomped and Bunny tucked into her arms, D followed the action and loved it.

She’s very familiar with the story and remembers when we went to see it in pantomime last year:

D thought Glitter’s landing place very funny today, she’s in the pen pot, looking at the advent calendars.  Funny elf!
