Twisting cautiously #WobblesWednesday
By Jeannette | July 2, 2014
Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, our weekly linky for a healthier body and mind.
This week it’s all been about the sugar for me. Now that summer has arrived, we all get home from school and the children will have a “proper” ice cream and I’ll have a Twister.
Gosh, I love them! The mixture of tangy flavours and the fact it’s low fat, in comparison to “proper” ice creams.
But I was really surprised to see the sugar content in them, in comparison to other varieties. It’s made me think I need to look more carefully at labels.
In addition, I’ve been following some recipes and testing out an alternative to sugar, Sukrin, I’ll include a link to my review in next week’s linky.
It’s also about preparing for the summer holidays. I’ve been decluttering in the loft, in advance of filling a hippobag tomorrow and two hours up there today, in the heat, felt like a definite workout. Hippobag-ing is not something I can do when the children are off school, so it’s declutter time before they break up from school.
That and all my walking is making me feel like a healthier J and from the inside out too, which is always good.
Please link up with your posts below, are you making any plans before the children break up from school or going with the flow?

Decluttering is good for the mind, I always feel better after.
I really need to think more wisely about food choices, so you are doing really well.
Keep up the good work.
