Wahey! #WobblesWednesday

Wobbles Wednesday

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, our weekly weight loss linky for a healthier mind and body.

The “wahey” in the title refers not to the scales, those and me didn’t connect this morning, it’s difficult to remember to jump on and either frown/rejoice/remain complacent (ie. gain/loss/maintain) when it’s a school day.

No, the “wahey” comes from more within me. I’ve been taking myself out of my comfort zone a bit during the last week and have learned as much about myself as others.

All in all, I’m a little bit proud of myself. Unlike in previous years, I haven’t had that feeling of “I shouldn’t have said that, they (whoever they are) will think badly of me”, I’ve just moved on. That is a sign of a healthier mind at least.

And the body? Well, that is an in progress (as ever) but I loved wearing what I chose for the BiBs part of BritMums Live and when I saw a picture of me on someone else’s post, I didn’t think “oh my gawd, I look horrendous”, I just thought how nice it was that I’d been included and went on to my next task.

That’s progress for me.

Now, how is everyone else doing? Please link up your posts below and carry on enjoying the sunshine Jx

Sod the scales, having a wobble-free mindset is definitely more important – well done ! xxx

Ha! Glad you are feeling like this, well done. I still shudder when I see most pics of myself 🙁

The right mindset is definitely more important than the scales!
