Wobbles Wednesday

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, waving its head on a Thursday because yesterday was just one-of-those-days. It wasn’t a “bad” day but a full-on one and D was happily squealing away and demanding cuddles well into the evening, so we did that instead.

It’s been a bit of a stressful week what with SATS for T and receiving zero help with regard to this secondary school place appeal (because he’s not statemented). We have now a date for a meeting where we say why we’re appealing and, to be perfectly honest, I’m stressing big time about it.

For this reason, I’m stepping away from the scales until we’ve had the meeting (4 weeks time, aaaargh!), it’s going to reduce a bit of pressure but this linky will still be happening during this time. Hopefully I will bounce (haha!) back on and the “damage” won’t be too bad because I won’t have been stressing about it.

I did have a quick jump on the scales yesterday and it was a maintain, not ideal but I knew that if there had been a gain, I would have been extremely cross and that wouldn’t help!

So, goals are:

Not to dwell, look ahead and think positive.
I’m thinking about yoga too.

Hope all goes well with the appeal. Can understand that the scales are not your priority right now, but equally don’t let the stress undo your recent good work.
