Falling off! #WobblesWednesday

By | May 7, 2014

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday and boy, am I wobbling!

The positivity of the last couple of weeks has vanished, replaced by a good old dollop of stress! And when I’m stressed, thinking about what is best for me just flies about the window.

There is just too much going on for me to be content with my healthy snack so, my friend, chocolate in all its yummy variations has re-appeared. Hopefully it won’t stay long and it will be given its marching orders once my mindset has returned.

In the meantime, I need positivity and good news about how everyone’s week has gone. I gained. I expected to. I’m not beating myself up about it because that wouldn’t solve anything. And just leave me seeking solace in the afore-mentioned scrummy stuff (that’s one positive thing I guess, resisting).

Now if someone could make these people return the phone calls they’re meant to be, keep our poorly relatives well and sort out T’s appeal for a school place, that would be fab!

Anyway, please link up below with posts and I will read, comment and share.

Here’s to a better week!

Thanks lovely, hopefully this immense time will pass but it’s with us for the next six weeks or so, aiming to think a bit more of “me” during this though x

Gains happen. Had plenty myself in the last month! You know what went wrong this week. Next week can be better 🙂

Bless you, sending a big virtual chocolaty hug, don’t let the odd gain get you down, enjoy your chocolate, you’ll make up for it later when you feel more focused x
