That’s Better! Sat 8th March 2014

It’s been nice to see D “back” today, after quite a stressful few weeks for her.
She’s still been extremely cuddly and it’s almost been a case of “me and my shadow” but, because she’s been with me, any anxieties or upsets have been dealt with as they arose, as opposed to her building them up for hours.
We were going to craft some ponies from a kit I’d bought, D loves crafting and her My Little Pony app so I thought it was a “done deal” and she’d be willing, but not today, maybe another time.
Instead she’s very happily been following instructions (extremely well) from her Arts and Crafts magazine, making some paper flowers.
She liked them so much that she asked if she could have them instead of them being for Mothers Day. They will probably end up in her carry-everywhere bag and quite rightly so, she did very well.
T – although he didn’t have a match this morning – has had a good day too. A combination of a men’s team match this afternoon and better weather have meant for a happier T, school place anxieties forgotten about for a while.
A trip to town beckons for us tomorrow, crossing my fingers it won’t be too busy.
