Positivity #WobblesWednesday

By | March 12, 2014

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, our supportive weight loss linky. We have a lovely group of bloggers linking up, visiting each others posts and commenting but anyone is welcome to join in. The more the merrier!

I’m feeling positive (definitely) this week, it’s my second week on the meal replacement plan and there have been times I’ve been tempted to stray but stuck to it. Hubbie has noticed that I’ve been “cranky” a couple of times and asked why I’m doing this but we do have an awful lot of external “stuff” going on (appeal for a school place, unhelpful doctors etc) and I’m doing this for me, to feel better.

And I do.

I had lunch out yesterday, I’ll use the word “lunch” loosely because it was a coffee and my breakfast from my meal plan (I had my what-would-be-lunch soup for breakfast!). That WAS an experience, Pea and Ham soup at 7am, haha!

But it’s working, there’s a BMI tracker on the diet plan website where you input height and weight and that tracks progress for you.

My results this week are:
3lb loss and BMI reduction of 0.47
which I’m extremely pleased with, that’s 5lb in two weeks.

My goals for this next week are:
1. It would be fab to lose 2lb to get to the half stone stage.
2. Have plenty of fruit in the house if the munchies strike, diced melon is so yummy.
3. Keep that fluid intake up, it all helps
and finally
4. Read, comment and share posts linked sooner, I only just managed it this week!

Please grab my badge and link up below, a comment would be useful to say you’ve linked as I don’t receive notifications, remember to visit the other posts too.

Have a great week and I look forward to reading, commenting and sharing Jx

What fantastic results in 2 weeks. That’s fantastic. I really need to get moving again, and I’m hoping to get started this week. But at least joining in with the linky is a start for me, to shake me out of my apathetic state!
