Soft snuggles – Mon 17th Feb 2014
By Jeannette | February 17, 2014
The first day of half term and I have a poorly D. A cuddles and sensory seeking girl who has wanted to spend the day like this:
The ever-present Bunnster is in the picture, together with my panda onesie arm as D specifically requested we had a onesie day. Which was fine and T preferred that we stayed at home anyway. He has been extremely un-empathetic with his sister so there have been a few “moments”, shall we say.
In the midst of all this, I’ve been fielding calls from practice managers at the surgery and the hospital as the liaison which is meant to be carried out hasn’t been and there have been consequences.
At least it’s half term and D is not missing school through being poorly and I’m not having to drag her out on school runs.
A new day tomorrow, I hope everyone’s had a good one Jx

Poorly ones here too, I’m so thankful it’s half term. Hope D is feeling better today – I didn’t see this last night as was too busy ferrying a scalding B to the out of hours clinic! Big hugs and tell D to keep her germs to herself xxx

Thanks Karen, hope B is a bit better today. I’m looking forward to next Tuesday (as D has inset on Monday)! X
