Sobbing, Sneezing, Squeezing – Sun 9th Feb 2014

By | February 9, 2014

Opposites attract, don’t they?

With a left comes a right, an up and a down, a high and a low.

It has definitely been the latter today, as my title would suggest.

From the success and highs of yesterday has come the sobs, the sensory-seeking and the need for tight, tight squeezes. Coincidentally a favourite book is “A Squash and a Squease”, very appropriate.

It was to be expected, D did so, so well yesterday, coping with the noisy, busy, stranger-filled environment of a play centre, today was her chance to release and “come down”. I’m glad the days weren’t reversed.

And it will be the same next weekend with a play centre party on Saturday, but at least D will have the half term holiday to regenerate.

She has been generous with her cold germs so it’s hit me, Hubbie is showing signs too along with a pale T.
Once T’s homework was out of the way, he had a good day. He even managed – between wind gusts – to have a bouncing session on the trampoline, which always regulates him.

So, a onesie day for us:

I hope everyone’s day has gone well, comments/RTs/shares as ever welcomed, thanks for reading Jx
