Moving forwards #WobblesWednesday

By | February 26, 2014

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, our weekly link up for posts, comments and tips for achieving a healthier lifestyle.

We have a fab-u-lous bunch of regular linkers, all visiting posts linked and sharing comments but anyone is welcome to join in, the more the merrier! Healthy recipes, tips, anything.

I reviewed some health drinks this week, which may be of interest. I’d never heard of Aloe Vera drinks before but enjoyed trialing them, the review is here.

This week has followed quite a fraught half term week, what with D being poorly for the majority of it. It gave me very little time to think about me and I didn’t focus on my needs at all. She went back to school yesterday and it gave me time to think and decide on a few things:

1. As much as I’d like to be offered the chance to review a certain meal replacement brand, it hasn’t happened. So, I’ve seen they currently have an offer on and I’ve gone for it. A month’s worth. Spending my own money will mean that I am more likely to see it through.

2. I’ve dithered about joining Curves but, judging by recommendations and testimonials it does work. An initial assessment will be booked.

3. I’m thinking positive and motivated.

So, my goals for the next week are as above. I did jump on the scales this morning, one reading said lost 5lb, one said gained 2lb, one said stayed the same. So, onwards to an assessment and a “proper” starting point!

Please grab my badge and link up below. I will read, comment on and share all posts (and in a more timely fashion than last week).

Hmm I think you need some new scales !! I did 2 x 10 minute endurance jogs on the wii fit earlier so I was feeling very virtuous – that’s 4km run which I was very impressed with ! 🙂

I think your scales may be a bit wonky! lol. Mine usually go like this when the battery is running low. I have a curves fairly near me, but like you, have yet to take the jump x

Lol, I think my scales are beyond wonky…definitely warped!

Always good to take the time to assess where you are and where you want to be. I’ve done just that after a few wonky weeks and bounced back. Good luck with the meal plan and Curves

Thanks Graham, day 2 of meal plan and all going well. Thanks for linking up 🙂
