Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, our weekly supportive linky for weight loss, better mindset and just feeling happy!

I’m failing on all three at the moment (I think), I’ve stepped away from the scales until we have T’s school place appeal meeting out of the way but….it’s not making me go t’other way and have a chocolate fest, I think having the pressure relieved a bit is helping. Having said that, June 9th (meeting date) cannot come quick enough!

I’m looking forward to reading how everyone’s getting on, good weeks or not-so-good weeks, the support within this linky is fab. We have a lovely group of regulars but anyone is welcome to join.

I always end the post with some goals:

1. Keep the water intake up, it definitely makes a difference.

2. Continue starting the day with a juice concoction, something I really missed when I was “diet chef-ing”, those lovely green juice concoctions are such a great start.

3. And relax, time flies so quickly. June 9th will come and go before we know it!
