Wobbles Wednesday

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, or should that be “what day is it, again?” Wednesday. A weekly support forum for those looking for a healthier lifestyle, sharing tips and support along the way. We have a lovely group of linkers but everyone is welcome to join in.

This week has been half term and has coincided with D being poorly so we have been “confined to barracks” so far. Whilst I’m glad in a way it’s timed itself so that she’s not missing school, it’s been a case of she’s needed me close, all the time, day and night. I therefore haven’t really been focused on me, more a quick dash to deal with things and then back to D.

So..I’ve stayed the same weight this week which as I’ve hardly had any yummy scrummy juices, I’m relieved about.

My goals for next week are:
* Getting back into the 4:3 that worked last week
* Upping that water intake
And
* Recognising that I’m human and not to dwell on any slip-ups (looking fleetingly sheepish now)

staying the same is better than a gain 🙂
I think it does help not feeling guilty about slip ups, i find the more i dwell the more i slip up!

So true, thanks Amanda. I know someone (not me) who is caught in a vicious circle of eat-feel guilty-eat more to feel better-feel guilty and it’s not healthy x

The kids were ill last week here and this week it’s me with the flu. I’m on antibiotics so hopefully that’ll clear up my lingering cough/cold too. Some weeks, weightloss just has to take a back seat
