All they have to do is take their photograph; choose an outfit and star in your own personal Jump Up and Join In dancing and singing extravaganza, which can be shared on Facebook.

As regular readers of my blog will know, D loves to sing and she quickly engaged with the idea of singing along and following the interactive instructions.

She particularly enjoyed becoming a "star" and participating in the musical extravaganza finale!

Priced at £2.49, it’s a small price to pay for the benefits and enjoyment. http:// https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/jump-up-join-in-lions-speedy/id668580148?mt=8
